Jeden Donnerstag treffen wir uns im Haus Benjamin, um gemeinsam leckere Challa-Brote zu backen und den Duft der frischen Challa in unser Zuhause zu bringen. Es ist eine wunderbare Gelegenheit, Kontakte zu anderen Frauen zu knüpfen, das gemeinsame Backen zu genießen und Wissen sowie Tipps über die Welt des Backens und Kochens auszutauschen.

 Das fertige Challa-Brot am Ende jeder Begegnung ist nicht nur ein Stück Brot, sondern ein Symbol für Verbindung, Zusammenarbeit und Gemeinschaft, sowie die Möglichkeit, den erfreulichen Duft des frischgebackenen Challa in unser Zuhause zu bringen.

מדי יום חמישי אנו נפגשות ב"האוס בנימין" (Haus Benjamin) כדי לאפות יחד חלות טעימות ולמלא את בתינו בניחוח של חלה טרייה. זוהי הזדמנות נפלאה ליצור קשרים עם נשים אחרות, ליהנות מתהליך האפייה ולחלוק ידע וטיפים מעולם האפייה והבישול.

החלה המוכנה בסיומו של כל מפגש היא הרבה מעבר לכיכר לחם בלבד; היא סמל לחיבור, לשיתוף פעולה ולקהילה – וגם הזדמנות להכניס הביתה את הניחוח המשגע של חלה שנאפתה זה עתה.

Every Thursday, we meet at Haus Benjamin to bake delicious challah bread together and fill our homes with the aroma of fresh challah. It is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other women, enjoy the baking process, and share knowledge and tips about the world of baking and cooking.

The finished challah bread at the end of each gathering is more than just a loaf; it is a symbol of connection, collaboration, and community—as well as a chance to bring the delightful scent of freshly baked challah into our homes.
